The new Stampin' Up! catalogue is out on the 1st of October!! That is just (counts on my fingers) 32 days to wait!! I am sooooooooooo excited!!
If you would like to order the new catalogue through me, then drop me an email and i'll put you on my list :)
Hello everyone :)
I have had a really nice Bank Holiday weekend, I have been busily making some cards to swell my stash a little. I am particularly enamoured with a stamp set that I got in my latest Stampin' Up! haul, it's called Choo Choo and of course, features a sweet little train.
I partnered it up with some kraft cardstock and some nice strong primary colours.
These are three I made, all variations on a key design.
Choo Choo (113982) £14.95
Kraft Cardstock (117360) £5.95
Bold Brights Cardstock (109892) £6.75

This is the card I made for the My Pink Stamper Challenge
Wish me luck, I am DESPERATE to get the Create a Critter cart :)
This cut is from Indie Art. The rose is cut with glitter cardstock from DCWV. The ribbon is sparkly satin from American Crafts.
I was a little nervous about posting this card in case I opened the door tomorrow morning to a blizzard!
However, I really think that spring has, at last, sprung :) This card is for the April Lily-Boo challenge which is for yellow and greens and spring colours :) I also added a lovely blue sky, which we've had a few of this last week!
The image is from the Lily-Boo's Boutique Circles collection 5 set which can be found here and it's a REALLY versatile set that I think pairs brilliantly with the round scallop nesties :)
Well I made this today :) I like it, it would be perfect for any muddy child you know :D
He is from the Lily-Boo's Boutique Toddler collection which can be found here. Or you can just click the blinkylinky to the right to go and have a browse :)
My muddy child was coloured using promarkers and the background papers are cosmo cricket.

Woo :) I have been picked as part of the new intake of Lily-Boo's Boutique Design Team!
I am really really excited and have been grinning stupidly all night.
I am really excited (do you get that i'm really excited, yet?) to be part of this group of talented ladies and look forward to working on my first design team Boo cards :)
If you don't know what a Boo is, click here (and be prepared to get stern looks from your paypal account!)
Night all, and Happy Easter, I hope you get to spend lots of quality time with your families.
Another pedestal card. This was an order for a friend and i'm so pleased with how it came out. Just as an aside, use your promarkers on pearly card, the effect is absolutely stunning!
Well done to Lou for spotting the top left hand duck nibbling on the ribbon :)

Hopefully by now you'll all have finished your Mother's Day cards. I ended up with about 15 to do, which obviously starts to get tricky, when you consider 11 of those will end up in the same family, so you can't make them in bulk!
Here's one I made.. really pleased with it. It's a pre-bought card blank with embossed edges and is 8" by 8", bigger than I would usually make, but it came out really nicely (by the way, I know the card says "Mom" but that's what mums are called in Birmingham :) This card, I made for my friend Joy to give to her 'Mom' :)

I can't believe it's March already. I know I've been useless at updating my blog but that's simply because I haven't had much to say really. We had a lot of snow, Cadbury was taken over by Kraft, that's been it really!!
I have been tending to post my cards on Facebook, so I'm going to try and make a concerted effort to post them here instead, or at least as well as :)
Well blogees, I hope all is well with you.
